Hourglass: Officially launched on BOT Chain Mainnet

Hourglass is officially launched on BOT Chain Mainnet. It lets you pay someone by the second instead of all at once.

Pour BOT into a glass, choose who it runs to and for how long. It runs to them evenly, second by second, and they can collect whatever has run through at any time. The sender can stop a glass whenever they like: what has run stays with the recipient, and the rest comes straight back. Anyone can pour more in, which keeps the same speed and runs for longer, and a recipient can hand a glass over to another wallet. The contract holds the BOT the whole time, and Hourglass takes no fee.
